Why we built it
A generated shortlist should be inspectable.
A buyer can ask an AI system for options before opening a search result or visiting a vendor. The resulting answer may change with the provider, prompt, market context, and sample. BrandPresence exists to retain those differences instead of flattening them into an unexplained score.
The useful question is not only “were we mentioned?” It is “what was asked, what appeared, which sources were present, and did the pattern repeat?”
That is why the product keeps the buyer question, provider, model snapshot, answer, observed entities, citations, errors, and measurement surface connected. A team can inspect the record before it turns an observation into a content, search, or positioning decision.
